Reservation Policies

When making a reservation through this platform, the total amount of your treatment will be charged. Timings are subject to availability. All treatments include a 50-minute hydrothermal circuit, which is recommended to be taken before your treatments. Please consider this time before the selected time of your treatment. Please arrive promptly at the selected time of your treatment, as we do not have a tolerance period due to availability issues.

Cancellation Policies

If you cancel or reschedule with 24 hours or more notice before the date of your reservation, you can cancel without penalty and reschedule for future dates, subject to availability. Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice before the date of your reservation will result in a 100% charge of your treatment as a no-show fee, with no option to change the date.

Refund Policies

In the event that a reservation deposit needs to be refunded, please note that surcharges for credit card usage and differences due to fluctuations in the exchange rate will not be refunded. The money is refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
